I agree it is a peculiar one. But I liked the intermingling of I and You. Also the playing with 1-1. and 1-1-1. style. I do have a peculiar pov on this one.
Then again I re-read. We come across and share moments with thousands yet "very few" have the patience to "oblige" to your "blether", notice when you fall - console you and endure your complain. That "very few" turns out to be one and only. Then you "speak" something which makes "her" dither. Maybe she is not sure how to respond and thus she hesitates while it is so makes sense in your head. Although she overlooks that, she continues to rectify you, she eventually declines. You can't change it so you treasure the moments. Then that juncture comes. All you two can think of is '2 words' - "farewell beloved".
One word - brilliant!! The essence of having that someone in your life held out in such a beautiful poetic manner..in such a sweet rhythm!! Its out of the box..fresh..with a pattern that is original and serves justice to the name! A simple..yet beautiful anecdote of love!!! Hats off to you my good sir!!
