26/11-HORROR BEYOND IMAGINATION
“Thank you God for the good food-
Thank you God for all that you have given us,
Thank you for the…………
What was that sound?"
Was it a gunshot or a bomb-blast?
“Run! Run! run for your lives!
Hotel under attack by the terrorists!!”
It was the last prayer of a man who-
Died with his last meal in front of him.
“Hotel attacked-
Terrorists in every floor,
Please do not come out of your rooms,
Do not open your doors,
And shut down your lights.”
This was the last sms-
Sent to all in the hotel-
By a brave young employee,
Who soon died a silent death.
“Major,Get the terrorists in Taj-
Over and out.”
“Our nation is under attack,
We will not spare them ,Sir.”
The major led from the front,
Bringing down the guilty,
Suddenly a bullet pierced his chest,
And he fell on the ground.
“I could not finish the job for my country-
All my compatriots show no mercy.”
These were the last words of a soldier-
Who died for his motherland.
“Our country is under attack-
Our security is jeopardized,
The government has failed,
To give us protection.
I pay my homage to the brave men of
And announce a cash of 5 lakhs for the martyrs.
Let us be united-
And fight against terrorism.”
This was a fine speech by a leader of our Nation-
Before he went for campaigning for the election.
Can it bring back my lost son?
I will not allow politicians enter my house,
Can they give back my son?
Can their sympathies
Bring back the smile on my face?
I have lost a son-
A son who died for the Nation”
These were the last words of an inconsolable mother
Who saw her son cremated in front of her eyes.
A massacre that we will never forget,
A destruction that is beyond imagination,
A loss that is incomparable.
Mothers lost their children,
Women became widows,
And children became orphans.
The black smoke filled the sky,
The red blood stained the floor.
We the people of
Who laid their lives for us.
Let us rise from the ashes,
And fight for our beloved motherland.

The thought itself is very honourable and the way to potrait it is really really very touching.....As of nw commenting on a topic like this would be a mere act of unintended sarcasm....like our trademarked ministers always do...BUt I couldnt resist the strong urge within, that strong thrust reminds me that its my country....This is just not a piece of a great article written by a great writer himself but also a thought that if spread amongst at least 10% of us nothing would ever have even led to such a situation.....I bet every indian while reading this at least once will have to question himself that "Why do we exist? Why are we called citizens if we dont even have the right knowledge of demarkation between good and bad....?"and getting and answer to these question will always raise a THird one....Are WE fools THat we have....selected such parasites to lead us.....????
Again coming back to where we started from and as rightly mentioned by my friend, this questions and answer would never return the ones who have sacrificed themselves for their fellows,so I discussing about the respectable part of it is insulting for every indian it proves our failure and reminds us of our foolishness....all we do is at least think one day about what happened willingly not for the sake of thinking not because others are thinking but because we are indians...and this is our motherland.
I greatly thank you my friend for at least making ME ask these questions because trust me a very few people have this power to induce a thought into others if there were a few more like you.....i'm not saying that these wouldnt happen but always any indian would have got an answer to his questions////
if u dnt mind frnd, the way u hav written here is outstanding & shows dat u hav d real capability 2 bcum a top class reporter.D feeling & emotion u hav depicted here is xtraordinary.......thanks 2 GOD dat I hav such a frnd who can think like dis dat I can nver do............truly.....take care........

Now these bog is only about what has happened on 26/11 & what our nation lost on that day,but nowhere it is written that what should be our next step in order to fight against terrorism.
@kunal-------this a small creation dedicated to the ppl who lost their lives on 26/11 and th ehypocrites of our Nation who run away during problems.............i did not want to merge wat we shud do and paying homage to grt martyrs of ou country..........the poem strictly in memory of them..............anyways thnx for thnkng beyond 26/11 and kudos for thnkng fo rthe bttrmnt of the nation
You have written out our ire n wrath in the way most properly possible, the black clouds of terror overcast the sky of our country is not for the terrorists coming from outside, the politicians are the most sulphureous
elemnts coz they are not at all concerned about the eradication of terrorism instead they r focused on blaming each other when they need to b united and make some steps toward exterminating terror elemnts from our country. It's high time for us to think profoundly to do something remedial as much as possible for us.thanx pal 4 writing this........retain.
some one has said very truly Terrorism Cannot be uprooted....It is lying very deep...in every one;s heart...Politicians themselves give birth to terrorist communities nd they again shamelessly show fake homage to the martyrs...
well crafted...the hotel was relived in temporarily
seriously well written....very practical view of our politicians contribution and the ruthless jehadism created by some bastard islamic leaders.....
that was a brilliant piece...
the feelings & condition of different people in the various stanzas was well potrayed!
an excellent thought.
really gud......thnx 4 devoting a poem to a soldier....
i firmly blv..'a nation whch forgets its martyrs will itself be forgotten'
more than literature...wht i appreciate is u have devoted a piece of writing in ur blog to a soldier.....
Yes,the situation was beyond our imagination.seriously well written. you portrayed the views and feelings of various kinds of people in a perfect approach with a practical view of the situation.well done pal..
